Custom or handmade items may require additional time for production. We'll notify you if your order needs extra processing time.

Shipping time

Standard shipping within India: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier service availability, and external factors beyond our control.

Please allow up to 11 business days for your order to arrive (processing + shipping time).

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time using the tracking link provided.

If you don't receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.
